At Proton Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Proton Labs account and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
